8 squares white almond bark
1 (1.5-ounce) package milk chocolate chips
1½ (16-ounce) cans cocktail peanuts or mixed nuts
In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the almond bark 1 minute. Stir and microwave 1 minute longer. Remove from the microwave and stir. Top with the chocolate chips, but do not stir. Microwave for 2 minutes. Remove from the microwave and stir until the chocolate is melted. Stir in the peanuts. Drop by teaspoonsful onto waxed paper and let stand 30 minutes, or until set. Store in an airtight container or freeze in freezer bags.
