White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Bars

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips, divided

2 cups white chocolate chips, divided

⅔ cup toasted macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped

Line a 13 × 9-inch cookie sheet with parchment paper with 2 inches hanging over the sides of the cookie sheet.

Set aside ¼ cup chocolate chips. In a microwave-safe dish, microwave the remaining 1¾ cups chocolate chips on medium for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, or until smooth. Pour the melted chocolate over the prepared cookie sheet. Spread to form an even layer.

Set aside ¼ cup of the white chocolate chips. Melt the remaining 1¾ cups white chocolate chips on Medium for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth. Pour the melted white chocolate over the dark chocolate. Swirl with a toothpick or skewer to create a marble effect. Sprinkle the nuts on top. Press the nuts and the reserved semisweet and white chocolate chips into the melted chocolate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or place in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes, or until firm. Remove from the paper and cut or break into bite-size pieces.
