Lavender Breakfast Punch

2 cups water

⅔ cup sugar

1 (3-inch) mesh tea infuser filled half full with dried lavender blossoms

3 tablespoons snipped fresh mint or 1½ tablespoons dried mint

1 cup orange juice

½ cup lemon juice

2 cups strong brewed tea

1 (1-liter) bottle 7-Up, chilled

In a large stainless-steel pan, combine the water and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove the pan from the heat and place the mesh tea infuser and the mint into the pan. Steep for 20 minutes. Add the orange juice, lemon juice, and brewed tea to the flavored lavender water. Chill. Just before serving, add the 7-Up.

Note: Lavender can be found in bulk at health food stores.
