1 quart cranberry juice
1 cup sugar
2 cups orange juice
1 cup pineapple juice
¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 cups chilled ginger ale
1 cup vodka or gin
1 quart rainbow sherbet
In a large container, combine the cranberry juice, sugar, orange juice, pineapple juice, and lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate. To serve, pour the juices into a punch bowl. Stir in the ginger ale and vodka or gin. Float scoops of the sherbet on top.
