To-Die-For Wedding Punch

1 (12-ounce) can frozen orange juice, thawed

1 (12-ounce) can frozen pink lemonade, thawed

2 (6-ounce) cans frozen strawberry daiquiri mix, thawed

2½ cups water

2 cups peach or apricot nectar

1 cup peach schnapps (optional)

4 (12-ounce) cans lemon-lime soda, chilled

1 quart raspberry sherbet, softened or 6 medium strawberries, sliced

1 large ice ring (frozen the day before)

In a punch bowl combine the orange juice, lemonade, and daiquiri mix. Stir in the water, nectar, and schnapps, if desired. Chill.

To serve, add the soda and sherbet. Stir together and add the ice ring in center.

Note: To make the ice ring, place water in a Bundt pan. Stir in a few drops of food coloring and freeze overnight.

Makes 32 to 35 servings
