Are You a Prioritizer?

Start prioritizing your activities and all the different people in your life. Figure out your top most priorities in life so you focus most on them and think more about them as compared to other activities. This helps you shift your focus to important thoughts.

Secondly, work on your top-most priorities first and then move on to the lesser important tasks and priorities.

Thirdly, whenever your mind drifts off to unhealthy thoughts that affect your confidence and inner peace negatively, replace them with healthier ones, and whenever you start thinking about meaningless tasks, remind yourself of your priorities.
If you start doing these 3 things, you will gradually start organizing your thoughts as well as focusing only on things that truly matter to you. As you work on the strategies discussed above, you will start to notice a great improvement in your general life.
