Fabric project directory structure

In our Fabric sample first-network, the project structure is similar to the following:

As we discussed previously, the docker-compose-cli.yaml service extends from base/docker-compose-base.yaml. There are two file base directories: peer-base.yaml and docker-compose-base.yaml.
