Translation
1. δίδοτε, καὶ δοθήσεται ὑμῖν.
2. τίς ἐστιν ὁ δούς σοι τὴν ἐξουσίαν ταύτην;
3. χάρις ὑμῖν καὶ εἰρήνη ἀπὸ1 θεοῦ πατρὸς ἡμῶν καὶ κυρίου Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ τοῦ δόντος ἑαυτὸν ὑπὲρ τῶν ἁμαρτιῶν ἡμῶν.
4. 2 Ταῦτα ἐλάλησεν Ἰησοῦς, καὶ ἐπάρας3 τοὺς ὀφθαλμοὺς αὐτοῦ εἰς τὸν οὐρανὸν εἶπεν· πάτερ, ἐλήλυθεν ἡ ὥρα· δόξασόν σου τὸν υἱόν, ἳνα ὁ υἱὸς δοξάσῃ σέ, καθὼς ἔδωκας αὐτῷ ἐξουσίαν πάσης4 σαρκός, ἳνα πᾶν ὃ δέδωκας αὐτῷ δώσῃ αὐτοῖς ζωὴν αἰώνιον.
5. τί γὰρ δοῖ ἄνθρωπος ἀντάλλαγμα5 τῆς ψυχῆς αὐτοῦ;
6. καὶ ὅταν ἄγωσιν ὑμᾶς παραδιδόντες,6 μὴ προμεριμνᾶτε7 τί λαλήσητε, ἀλλ᾽ ὃ ἐὰν δοθῇ ὑμῖν ἐν ἐκείνῃ τῇ ὥρᾳ τοῦτο λαλεῖτε· οὐ γάρ ἐστε ὑμεῖς οἱ λαλοῦντες ἀλλὰ τὸ πνεῦμα τὸ ἅγιον.
7. εἰ οὖν ὑμεῖς πονηροὶ ὄντες οἴδατε δόματα (gifts) ἀγαθὰ διδόναι τοῖς τέκνοις ὑμῶν, πόσῳ (how much) μᾶλλον ὁ πατὴρ ὑμῶν ὁ ἐν τοῖς οὐρανοῖς δώσει ἀγαθὰ τοῖς αἰτοῦσιν αὐτόν.8
8. τὸν ἄρτον ἡμῶν τὸν ἐπιούσιον9 δίδου.
9. καὶ γὰρ ὁ υἱὸς τοῦ ἀνθρώπου οὐκ ἦλθεν διακονηθῆναι10 ἀλλὰ διακονῆσαι καὶ δοῦναι τὴν ψυχὴν αὐτοῦ λύτρον (ransom) ἀντὶ πολλῶν.
10. τῷ δὲ θεῷ χάρις τῷ διδόντι ἡμῖν τὸ νῖκος (victory) διὰ τοῦ κυρίου ἡμῶν Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ.

15. ἔφη αὐτῷ ὁ Ἰησοῦς· εἰ θέλεις τέλειος εἶναι, ὕπαγε πώλησόν12 σου τὰ ὑπάρχοντα καὶ δὸς [τοῖς] πτωχοῖς, καὶ ἓξεις θησαυρὸν ἐν οὐρανοῖς, καὶ δεῦρο13 ἀκολούθει μοι.
16. καὶ εἶπεν ὁ Ἀδάμ· ἡ γυνή ἣν ἔδωκας μετ᾽ ἐμοῦ αὕτη μοι ἔδωκεν ἀπὸ τοῦ ξύλου καὶ ἔφαγον.
17. καὶ ἔλεγεν· διὰ τοῦτο εἴρηκα ὑμῖν ὅτι οὐδεὶς δύναται ἐλθεῖν πρός με ἐὰν μὴ ᾖ δεδομένον αὐτῷ ἐκ τοῦ πατρός.
18. ἀπεκρίθη Ἰησοῦς καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῇ· εἰ ᾔδεις τὴν δωρεὰν τοῦ θεοῦ καὶ τίς ἐστιν ὁ λέγων σοι· δός μοι πεῖν, σὺ ἂν ᾔτησας αὐτὸν καὶ ἔδωκεν ἄν σοι ὕδωρ ζῶν.
19. εἶπαν οὖν αὐτῷ· τίς εἶ; ἳνα ἀπόκρισιν14 δῶμεν τοῖς πέμψασιν ἡμᾶς· τί λέγεις περὶ σεαυτοῦ;
20. αὐτὸς εἶπεν· μακάριόν ἐστιν μᾶλλον διδόναι ἢ λαμβάνειν.
21. ἳνα ὁ θεὸς τοῦ κυρίου ἡμῶν Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ, ὁ πατὴρ τῆς δόξης, δώῃ ὑμῖν πνεῦμα σοφίας καὶ ἀποκαλύψεως ἐν ἐπιγνώσει αὐτοῦ.

Summary
1. When you find a preposition — noun — καί — noun construction, the single preposition “governs” the two nouns and shows you that the author thinks of them as a unit.

1. Notice that ἀπό is not repeated before κυρίου. This is exegetically significant and present in Paul’s salutations. If Paul thought of “God” and the “Lord” as two different entities, he would have had to repeat the preposition. The fact that he doesn’t shows that he views both as the same entity. It is probably pushing the grammar too far to say that Paul equates Jesus and God, but it does show that Paul views them working in absolute harmony with each other, both being the single agent of grace and peace to the Galatians.

3. ἐπαίρω, I lift up, a compound verb formed from ἐπί and αἴρω.
4. The genitive case here signifies the sense of over all.
5. ἀντάλλαγμα means in exchange for and is followed by the genitive.
6. παραδιδόντες is from παραδίδωμι and means I deliver over.
7. προμεριμνᾶτε is from προμεριμνάω and means I worry ahead of time.
8. In case this seems familiar, you translated its Lukan parallel (11:13) in the previous chapter.
9. ἐπιούσιον never occurs anywhere in Greek literature, except in discussions of this passage. It is therefore difficult to define precisely. Guesses include daily, sufficient for today, sufficient for tomorrow, and day by day.
10. διακονέω, I serve.
11. ποίμνιον, -ου, τό, flock.
12. Hint: This is not a noun or adjective. This is a hard one.
13. δεῦρο is an interjection that means Come!
