These recipes are designed to introduce you to the possibilities that exist when you decide to commit to healthier eating. Gone are the days of salad and crispbread in the name of eating better. Good, wholesome food can and should be decadent fare. You should be able to enjoy every single meal of the day and not feel that you are signing up for a life of drudgery. I also want to prove to you that eating better does not mean that you have to sell a kidney or remortgage your home, or indeed spend hours in the kitchen knee-deep in pots and pans just to create a nutritious meal.

This is not intended to be an exhaustive resource of healthy recipes. Instead, I want you to get used to the different cooking techniques and what ingredients to use. Eventually you’ll be making the most of healthy ingredients instinctively, allowing you to get creative and eat well for life.
