Be Here Now Masturbation

Masturbation is an essential key in beginner training and maintenance of power after one has achieved different levels. It is important to note that Indian temples openly display masturbation of both sexes.

Masters and Johnson in their classic work identified the point of ejaculatory inevitability (that point at which they believed ejaculation could not be stopped) . Once you bother to clearly identify the point it is easy to stop right before and bypass ejaculation. You do not by pass orgasm. Learn to separate the feelings of orgasm from the need to ejaculate. Freely experience the orgasm without while holding back the ejaculation.

How long you experience orgasm and how long you stop once you reach ejaculation level depends on individual. After orgasm relax and observe a slight reduction of penis size and Firmness. The time will vary per individual; say: ten seconds to one minute. But do not let your organ sink more that 20% in size.

With such close attention, you will notice that when you do bring yourself to the brink of orgasm certain things happen. You can attend to these visual and physical markers much more easily while masturbating because you have a visual of your penis right before you, and are not dealing with numerous other stimuli that would be provided by another person. Assume control, moving toward orgasm but stopping yourself right before muscular discharge (ejaculation) by immediately withdrawing all stimulation or remaining still. You will probably not succeed at first but keep trying. Next time do not wait quite so long to withdraw stimulation. In beginning stages it is probably better for you to totally withdraw and regain control. Slowly build to a point of high stimulation by letting your juices flow and attuning to the feeling inside and on the surface of your penis. Feel the fluids actually flowing upward through your penis.

Complete your exercises before you allow yourself ejaculation. Start with five rises to the point of ejaculatory inevitability. And do not allow yourself ejaculation until you have achieved this. Next time you should add difficulty and go to seven minutes, then ten, continuously upping the minutes and number of orgasms until you until you have reached control level you want. Reward yourself each time you achieve your goal.

MASTURBATION EXERCISE METHODS

As you stroke be aware of the tension and arousal levels. Do not think of the arousal process as simple. It is not a matter of becoming “hard” and ejaculating as soon as possible. It is a complex process. Feel how the organ changes as it moves from phase to phase. It is different for all men so a simple progression cannot be detailed. Dry hand masturbation is a good place to start because the stimulation is not as intense. Masturbate to the point of EJACULATORY INEVITABILITY and stop, ten seconds to a minute… do not loose erection.

Begin again; repeat; repeat.

This time, as you near the point of ejaculatory inevitability switch hands. This will give you a different feel and intensity as your penis adjusts to stroking of your other hand. It is like changing strokes in sex.

Normally this will defuse your charge just because of the sensation switch. Attune yourself to this change so that whenever you switch patterns in stroking you can change sensation levels. Control is achieved by being attuned to minute sensations and mastering the point at which to change and prevent ejaculation

Add variations. Try using both hands. Try pulls on lower shaft. Try pulling just below head. Use twists on shaft and on head. Try varying different strokes; long from the base all the way to tip and from mid way and from the frenulum up. Subtle adjustments change the stimulation.

We are simulating what varied intercourse is like. Men who are sexual masters do not just bang away in one rhythm or one type of in and out stroke. They move up and down, they thrust form side to side; they alter the angle of their thrust. They stimulate the clitoris and vaginal lips by external movement by drumming on the clitoris or entrance. As you work with this you will find that you can bring yourself to the point of multi -orgasm without ever completely cuming. Releasing your prostate consciously allows you control. By pumping and clearing your prostate every five to tenth time you multi -orgasm you will be able to frustrate ejaculatory inevitability. With these incomplete multi-orgasms you will find only this small reduction is size and stimulation. A little stroking or pulling will bring you back to full hardness after 30 to 60 seconds. If you practice in this manner you will find that you soon recover hardness and can go on multi-orgasming for hours.

EXERCISE TWO. WET HAND

Now try masturbation with wet hand techniques. Lubricants like k-y jelly or hand cream lotions are an additional stimulant as they somewhat mimic the actual vaginal moistness. Practice the same exercise rising to the point and retreating again and again.

You may find that what you have achieved with dry hand is a little more difficult now. You may have to reduce your stroking a little. Or you may find that the 30 minutes you had achieved on dry now have been reduce to 15 minutes before you loose control. Continue as you did before setting goals and achieving them until you have mastered this wet form also. Do not forget the varied stimulation we discussed above.

Experiment with different sections of the penis and different stokes and sensations. You should build up to an hour before final release, multi-organizing at least 15 times before final orgasm.

VIDEOS AND BOOKS

Pornographic books and videos can be useful in masturbation training. There are however several points to consider. First if you used them as a youngster to get off quickly because of embarrassment or social or parental controls you must be careful to retrain yourself. You are now using them for your full and complete enjoyment working toward becoming a sexual master not a three second rooster. Secondly pornographic material is not the destination. It is only external stimulation for you to focus internally on your own pleasure and sexual training. You need to keep it on the periphery and focus inward to experience intensely and knowingly your own individual arousal phases. People who are extremely good at visualization do not need such aids. They can manifest woman or the goddess in their minds while their hands manipulate the organ as a substitute for her vagina.

Books are somewhat difficult, as they often require a hand for holding and a hand for turning. This may give you a false view of you ability as you are loosing sensation in the few seconds it will take you to turn a page. Videos are more highly recommended. However here also you must be careful in your choice. You need videos that offer continual visual stimulation not ones with so called artistic interludes to make them legally acceptable.
