Super Sensitivity
TECHNIQUE ONE
When I speak of super -sensitivity, I am referring not to the kind of unconsciousness sensitivity that causes premature ejaculation but the opposite. A super-sensitivity that allows you to attune to your penis and feel its internal messages. By attuning your focus you can communicate with your penis. This is accomplished by extreme sensitizing of the penis. Yogic breathing methods teach us how to sensitize our breathing. So we feel the breath going down through our nostril all the way deeply into the lungs and then exhaling slowly back up the passageway. Yoga also teaches breathing into different areas of the body to ease pain or aid in healing. The multi-orgasmic tantric breathes into his penis, sensitizing it and charging it with energy. He connects with his penis on a molecular sensitivity level where nerve endings are activated, so he can receive messages from it telling him it’s exact excitement state. In this way he has complete information allowing him to judge exactly when he can began orgasm and cut it off before it become a full orgasim.
Concentrate on the penis skin feeling minutely the different pleasure centers on the skin, which make stroking so pleasurable. Learn to feel sensations when there is no stroking and the penis is still sensitized.
Connect with the penis when it is rising and feel the sensations that help you to rise to tumescence.
Now begin internal connection. Feel the blood entering and enlarging your penis. Once you have been in an aroused state for some time concentrate on your ejaculation tube and feel it reacting to the stroking. Feel the fluids begin to be pulled from your seminal ducts into the penis. Feel the fluids rise toward the tip.
Know when you begin to emit fluid, by feeling the drops as they issue forth. Much later feel the tube enlarge with fluid preparatory to ejaculation. By staying attuned, noticing the external and internal indicators of ejaculation response you will be able to control the actual ejaculation. At this point you will relieve this fullness having a multi-orgasm, letting out a small amount fluid in the penis without initiating the orgasm response.
The following exercises tend to super -sensitize the organ, giving it more sensitivity to stimulation. If control is a problem then remain outside for two to three minutes and skin sensitivity will diminish enough to all you to regain control.
14. TECHNIQUE TWO
Another technique of high sensitivity is to bring the organ to erection keep it there thirty seconds to several minutes. Keep the organ fully sensitized the whole time then allow deflation. You may do this several times. For some men, simply removing all stimulation from the organ allows a surface skin relaxation and blood withdrawal that serves as a direct stimulation to the nerve endings creating super-sensitivity when the organ is again stimulated to fullness. This exercises varies in time and number of deflations necessary, according to individual and according to tiredness, or time of day or frequency of sex. But it is a quite effective method of sensitizing the penis. When the organ rises the second time it will be more sensitive.
This exercise is a valuable practice before sex or masturbation in gaining super- sensitivity. Most men do not want their penis to lose tumescence during sex. Many men find it best to achieve erection prior to sex and then relax. Some students prefer to bring their organ to a high state of excitement where it is starting to emit fluid and then deflate prior to contact with a partner. The organ will then be on a higher sensitivity level for using the techniques I am teaching for multi -orgasm.
Some men even prefer to arouse the organ significantly before sex, bringing it up and down two to four times and bringing it to the point of releasing seminal juices. They find that this process creates a super-sensitive organ as a prelude to sex. This is useful in preparing the organ to for multiple mini ejaculations because the more aware you are of minute sensations the more control you should have. Bringing the penis to ejaculation point often creates copious ejaculate. This increase prostate secretion will allow you to have more ejaculate ready for multiple-orgasms.
With training you should be able to feel when the first drop issues from the penis opening. Secondly, you concentrate on the progression of drops after that. It is helpful to feel the fluids slowly draining out of the penis as it is stroked or being sucked. This technique will allow you to feel the change in the penis as it rises to its fullest pre-orgasm state; skin tightly stretched and filled with blood. Internally the tubes filled to bursting and organ ready in all ways to ejaculate. It is at this point that, being in full control, you allow ejaculation to begin. Then abruptly cut off the ejaculation with your control muscles but continuing orgasm and stop stroking. You will find that themini- orgasm continues without expulsion of most of your fluids.
The release of a large geyser of seminal fluid is unnecessary for orgasm and limits your orgasms to one or two per lovemaking. With the G Method, after mastering these techniques, you are insured 20 plus orgasms per hour of sex. This is possible because each partial orgasm releases at most only the amount of seminal fluid within the penis itself. Because you did not allow full orgasm your fluid will not squirt but slowly ooze out. Perfect. Your penis will not loose tumescence and will not undergo real deflation after this type of partial orgasm.
With practice you can move up to the line of orgasm again and again each time experiencing orgasmic feelings, waves of euphoria, racing pulse exquisite sensation but stopping short of the ejaculation inevitability. Back off… stop sensation for ten seconds to 3 minutes according to need and begin again to build toward orgasm.
So the penis may now be somewhat empty of fluid. But your testicles and internal reservoirs are not so you simply begin again. The penis being super sensitized and sill not having gone to complete orgasm will not deflate more than 12 %, usually between 4 and 9 %. So it is easy with simple stroking or partner sucking to revive the penis within 10 to 40 seconds to full tumescence and sensitivity. Once again you begin pulling up the juices from the testicles and beyond to fill the penis once more and prepare for your next partial orgasm.
A partner trained in vaginal sucking (Kegal method for Westerners) is especially desirable for the multi orgasmic male. A partner who is trained in this method will greatly facilitate your own timetable in becoming a multi orgasmic male. A woman with fully developed interior muscles can greatly facilitate your attunement to minute sensations. You should experience periods of time when you do not move your organ except to do penis lifts in response to her vaginal sucking. With training and strict attention you will feel the subtle pulls and twists on different surfaces of your organ, as the fluids are being slowly pulled out of the reservoirs drop by drop. Allowing fluids to be sucked out or pulled out also sensitizes the penis and allows for heightened sensation as you concentrate on your juices flowing. By not thrusting but enjoying her sucking you will more easily attune to subtle feelings on the surface and inside your organ. Achieving this attunement with minute feelings will help greatly when you do approach orgasm point,
