Sukhasana

This pose helps the child relax and find peace. It is recommended before meditation and mudra practice.

1. Sit crossed-legged on the floor. Your spine should be straight, and the small of your back nicely arched.

2. Relax your shoulders, neck, and jaw. Breathe calmly through your nose.

3. Close your eyes to improve concentration.
