WISDOM MUDRA |
Gnyana (Jnana) mudra
This gesture increases your child’s concentration and helps memorization. Practiced regularly, it provides mental appeasement and calm.
1. Sit in easy pose, cross-legged.
2. Turn your palms upward.
3. Join the tips of your thumbs and index fingers.
4. Keep the other three fingers extended.
