Shunya-mudra
This gesture is recommended to calm your child’s mind during meditation. It improves inner ear function by dissipating any associated pain. This posture helps to reduce fatigue and revitalize one’s energy. It also increases patience.
1. Sit in easy pose, cross-legged.
2. Turn your palms upward.
3. Join the tips of your thumb and middle finger.
4. Keep the other three fingers extended.
