WATER MUDRA

Varuna-mudra

This gesture improves the circulation of fluids in the body. It stabilizes the water level in the blood, while developing intuition and emotions. It also helps the child fight stomach flu and reduces muscle contractions.

1. Sit in easy pose, cross-legged.

2. Turn your palms upwards.

3. Join the tips of your thumbs and your pinkie fingers.

4. Keep the other three fingers extended.
