Prana-mudra
This gesture helps cure a child’s eye and sleeping problems. It shrinks blood vessel size and restores strength. When practiced regularly, it is an energy booster.
1. Sit in easy pose, cross-legged.
2. Bring the tips of your thumbs, your ring fingers, and your pinkie fingers together, while keeping the two other fingers of each hand extended.
3. Hands can now rest on the thighs or knees.
