Because standing postures (activities 33 to 50) require no equipment and very little space, they can be practiced anytime, anywhere. They can be suggested to your child during a lengthy wait, possibly inviting other children and making it a group game. A “standing posture” can include a forward bending pose, a backward leaning pose (moon arc), a side leaning pose (angle), or a balance pose (tree or kite).
