STANDING FORWARD BEND |
Uttanasana
First and foremost, this pose benefits your child’s back. It also engages the abdominal organs, and alleviates aerophagia and gastric difficulties.
1. Stand with your legs slightly apart.
2. As you inhale, bend forward and try to put your hands on your feet, keeping your legs straight. Go as far down as you can without straining your body.
3. Get back up while inhaling.
4. Repeat three times.
