Konasana
This pose represents the different phases of the moon. It stretches the back muscles and works the spine.
1. Stand with your legs apart. Inhale while bringing your arms up and join your hands above your head.
2. Stretch as much as you can to the right, while exhaling. Maintain the position for a few seconds, breathing normally.
3. Come back to the initial position.
4. Switch sides. Repeat three times on each side.
