CRANE |
Bakasana
This pose develops your child’s balance, coordination, and concentration. It works the arms, hands, shoulders, and abdominal muscles. It also provides an active back stretch.
1. Start in a standing position.
2. Bend forward looking down. Your arms are slightly bent, resting on an imaginary knee-high table.
3. Bend one of your legs back to assume the position of the crane.
4. Come back to your initial position. Switch sides and maintain the pose for a few moments.
