Ugrasana
This pose strengthens your child’s legs and stimulates their digestive organs. It improves the irrigation and oxygenation of the brain.
1. Stand up, legs apart as much as you can. Extend both arms above your head.
2. Bend forward and put your hands (or fingers, if easier for you) on the floor.
3. Touch the floor with the top of your head (opening your feet will help). Try touching your toes with your hands. Remain in position for a few moments, breathing normally.
