Navasana
This pose reinforces back, abdominal, and hip flexors. It also improves your child’s balance and concentration.
1. Sit with your legs extended in front of you, feet together.
2. Bend your knees, bringing them to your torso.
3. Extend your arms forward by your knees.
4. Slightly tilt your torso backwards.
5. Extend your legs, toes pointing upward.
6. Stay in this V-shape for a few seconds, breathing normally.
7. Bend your knees, feet on the floor.
8. Come back to the initial position, legs extended in front of you.
9. Repeat three times.
