Salabhasana

This pose strengthens your child’s lower back, stomach, thighs, arms, and neck.

1. Lie on your stomach.

2. Arms are along your body, palms facing up.

3. and 4. Breathe while raising your legs, your torso, and your arms. Raise your head and look in front of you, if possible.

5. Slowly bring your feet, your torso, and your arms back down as you exhale.

6. Repeat three times.
