CROCODILE

Makarasana

This pose is beneficial to the spine, and therefore to the nervous system. It stretches the back muscles and the glutes. It will help your child relax and fall asleep.

1. Lie on your stomach, forehead on the floor.

2. Raise your head, bend both of your arms, and bring your hands together to form a V-shape in which you rest your chin. Extend your legs, soles facing upward.

3. Slightly open your legs. Turn your feet inward so your heels touch the floor. Cross your arms to rest your forehead. Breathe normally for a few moments.

4. Bring your legs together and slowly get back up.
