This pose improves your child’s spine flexibility and strengthens the lower back, neck, shoulders, and arms.

1. Lie on your back, legs extended, arms along your body.

2. to 4. While inhaling, lift your torso, bring your shoulder blades together and gently place the back of your head on the floor. Use your elbows and forearms for support.

5. Slowly come back to the lying position while exhaling. Repeat three times.
