Supta virasana
This relaxation pose improves the flexibility of the abdomen, thighs, knees, ankles, and lumbar area. It also improves digestion and helps your child manage their stress by relieving tension.
1. Sit on your heels with your legs bent and back straight.
2. Open your legs and place your feet on each side of your thighs, bringing your buttocks to the floor.
3. Slowly place your elbows behind you and lie down progressively.
4. Your arms are extended on the floor above your head.
5. Try holding the position for a few seconds while breathing normally.
