RECLINING BOUND ANGLE |
Supta baddha konasana
This pose helps your child open their shoulders, groin, thighs, and hips so as to rest the spine. It also stimulates the digestive system and abdominal organs.
1. Sit with your back straight.
2. Bend your legs to bring your knees to your torso.
3. Slowly lie down, keeping your legs bent.
4. Bend your legs and bring your soles together, and open your knees like a butterfly opening its wings. Keep your arms relaxed along your body.
5. Keep the position for a minimum of three breathing cycles.
