EYE YOGA |
Netra Yoga
These facial movements stimulate and strengthen your child’s eye muscles. The eye is relaxed and irrigated, improving its performance. These exercises also relieve tired eyes.
1. Sit comfortably keeping your back straight.
2. Look up, then in front of you.
3. Look down, then in front of you.
4. Look right, then in front of you.
5. Look left, then in front of you.
6. Look successively up right, down left, up left and down right.
7. Slowly move your eyes in a circle, starting on one side.
8. Alternate sides at least five times.
Ask the child to hold each position for a few seconds. You can help orient their gaze with your finger or with an object.
