BREATH |
This yogic game teaches children to master their breath, keeping it long and sustained.
1. Kneel and sit on your heels. Place a crumpled paper tissue in front of you. Softly blow on it to push it forward.
2. Lie on your back. Place a paper tissue on your mouth. Breathe out so as to see the tissue float as high as possible above your face.
To make the game more challenging, give your child limits or objectives, and replace several short breaths by a few long ones. You can also propose a contest.
