You knock the soldier’s gun aside before he can fire. You and the officer grab the soldier and push him inside the barracks.
The next day, you hear soldiers shot 11 townspeople in front of the Custom House. Three of them died at the scene. Nine soldiers are arrested and will be tried for murder.
A few days later, you are shipped to Castle William, a fort on an island in Boston Harbor. From there, you are sent back to Great Britain. There, you wait for news of the soldiers’ trials. You hope that their lives will be spared.
