Black Walnut Cookies II
Ingredients
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 cups chopped black walnuts

- Start preheating the oven to 375°
F (190°
C). Oil cookie sheets.
- Beat sugar and eggs in a medium bowl until well-combined. Sift baking powder, salt, and flour, then slowly pour to the egg mixture. Stir in nuts until evenly distributed.
- Drop onto the prepared cookie sheet by teaspoonfuls. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the prepared oven. Let cookies cool before transferring from cookie sheets.
