Chocolate Cran Oat Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Direction
- Set oven to preheat at 190°
C (375°
F)
- In a medium bowl, cream the sugar and butter together. Beat in the eggs one by one. Combine the salt, baking soda, flour, whole wheat flour, flour and rolled oats; mix into the creamed mixture slowly. Lastly, mix in the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips and cranberries. Drop rounded spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared cookie sheet.
- In the preheated oven, bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cookies cool down on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to let cool thoroughly.
