Crispy Golden Macaroons
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup low-fat sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup cornflakes cereal
- 1 cup crisp rice cereal
- 3/4 cup flaked coconut

- Preheat the oven to 190°
C or 375°
Fahrenheit. Grease a cookie sheet lightly.
- Combine flaked coconut, crisp rice cereal, and flaked corn cereal in a medium bowl; mix in sweetened condensed milk until well blended.
- Drop a tablespoon of dough on the greased cookie sheet, about 2-in apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Cool for a minute in the cookie sheet then transfer to wire racks; completely cool.
