Easy Lemon Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package lemon cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar for decoration

- Set an oven to 190°
C (375°
F) and start preheating.
- Place the cake mix into a large bowl. Stir in lemon extract, oil, and eggs until combined thoroughly. Add into a bowl with confectioners' sugar by dropping teaspoonfuls of dough. Roll around to cover them lightly. Arrange them onto an ungreased cookie sheet when sugared.
- In the prepared oven, bake for 6-9 minutes. The insides will become chewy and the bottoms will turn light brown.
