Never Fail Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup butter
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Direction
- Set oven to preheat at 350°
F (175°
C).
- Mix together baking powder, baking soda, salt and flour in medium bowl. Use fork to stir till all ingredients are incorporated.
- Mix together the sugars and butter in large bowl. Mix them till smooth. Add eggs and vanilla into the mixture and beat till smooth and fluffy.
- Add dry ingredients into the mixture, 1 cup at a time, till all is incorporated. Stir chocolate chips into the mixture. On ungreased cookie sheet, drop cookies and bake until edges are golden brown, or for about 10-15 minutes.
