Pecan Puffs I
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Direction
- Set the oven to 350°
F (175°
C) and start preheating.
- Cream sugar and butter together in a medium bowl. With an electric mixer, whisk for 15 minutes. Stir in baking soda and flour; fold in pecans. Drop onto the cookie sheet by rounded spoonfuls.
- Bake in the prepared oven for 20-22 minutes, or until browned lightly. Let cookies cool for 5 minutes on baking sheet; place cookies on wire rack to completely cool.
