Thanksgiving Cookies
Ingredients
- 3 cups quick cooking oats
- 1 (14 ounce) can solid-pack pumpkin puree
- 1 (12 ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
Direction
- Set the oven to 190°
C or 375°
F to preheat.
- In a bowl, combine together egg, sugar, butter, flour, chocolate chips, pumpkin and oats until dough becomes thick and well combined. Form dough into 2 to 3-in. patties, then arrange on a baking sheet.
- In the preheated oven, bake for about 15-20 minutes, until patties are cooked through.
