Williamsburg Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 2 cups light brown sugar
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Direction
- Beat egg whites until stiff, then put in salt and beat. Gradually put in brown sugar. Use flour to sprinkle over pecans, then put floured pecans into the mixture. Put in vanilla.
- Drop onto greased cookie sheet by teaspoon, you should use low fat and nonstick spray to coat cookie sheet for less fat. Bake about 12 to 15 minutes at 135°
C or 275°
F.
