5.        Avocado and Mint Smoothie
Ingredients
-          1 avocado, peeled and chopped
-          3 cups water
-          4 cups lettuce
-          1 cup spinach
-          1 cup fresh mint leaves
-          1 cup coconut milk
-          1 tsp lime juice
Method
-          Put all the ingredients mentioned above into your blender or smoothie maker
-          Blend well until smooth
-          Refrigerate and serve cold
-         Avocados can go brown if they’re left open to air, so if you don’t drink all your smoothie, keep it in a container that’s airtight and store it in the fridge [CM1]
