5.        Cherry Chocolate Smoothie
Ingredients
-          2 cups full fat natural yogurt
-          1 tbsp cocoa powder
-          2 tsp cherry extract
-          1 tsp rosemary, fresh or dried
-          1 cup full fat almond milk
Method
-          Put all the ingredients mentioned above into your blender or smoothie maker
-          Blend well until smooth
-          Refrigerate and serve cold
