3.        Veggie Delight
Ingredients
-          1 avocado, peeled and chopped
-          1 cucumber, chopped
-          1 cup celery, chopped
-          1 red bell pepper, chopped
-          4 cups full fat almond milk
-          1 cup spinach
-           ½ cup kale
 
Method
-          Put all the ingredients mentioned above into your blender or smoothie maker
-          Blend well until smooth
-          Refrigerate and serve cold
-         Avocados can go brown if they’re left open to air, so if you don’t drink all your smoothie, keep it in a container that’s airtight and store it in the fridge
