Veggie Delight
Ingredients

1 avocado, peeled and chopped

1 cucumber, chopped

1 cup celery, chopped

1 red bell pepper, chopped

4 cups full fat almond milk

1 cup spinach
-
½ cup kale
Method

Put all the ingredients mentioned above into your blender or smoothie maker

Blend well until smooth

Refrigerate and serve cold

Avocados can go brown if they’re left open to air, so if you don’t drink all your smoothie, keep it in a container that’s airtight and store it in the fridge
