4.        Mixed Mint Smoothie
Ingredients
-          1 cup fresh mint
-          1 cup fresh spearmint
-          2 cups cucumber
-          1 tsp chia seeds
-          3 cups natural yogurt
-          1 cup fresh peppermint
 
Method
-          Put all the ingredients mentioned above into your blender or smoothie maker
-          Blend well until smooth
-          Refrigerate and serve cold
