Frozen Margaritas
Many margarita aficionados—especially those in warmer climes—prefer the drink frozen. If that means you, get out the ice and blender and try these recipes. Then check out the eight other margaritas in this chapter and freeze away, if you wish.
The Method To freeze a margarita, combine the liquid ingredients in a blender with ½ cup crushed ice. Blend well at high speed, then simply pour the contents into a margarita, or tulip, or martini glass, and garnish. Serve with a straw, if desired.
CHOCORITA

2 ounces Tanteo chocolate tequila
½ ounce Cointreau
1 splash Rose’s lime juice
