2 ounces limoncello

1 ounce Cointreau

1 ounce lime juice

Lemon peel spiral for garnish

Combine liquid ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice and shake. Strain into glass and garnish.

½ ounce Bailey’s Irish Cream

Combine liqueurs in mixing glass. Add ice and shake. Strain into glass and top with whipped cream to taste.

Three apple spirits in one

2 ounces Berentzen apple liqueur

½ ounce calvados

½ ounce applejack

2 or 3 dashes Fee Brothers peach bitters
