How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 450°F and layer an extensive baking sheet with cooking oil. Mix oil, onion and salt in a medium pan. Cover and cook over medium to high flame, mixing regularly, until the onion is mollified, for about 5 to 7 minutes.

Diminish hotness to medium-low, uncover and cook, mixing sometimes, until delicate and brilliant, 5 to 8 minutes more. In the interim, take off batter on a smooth surface to the span of the heating sheet. Exchange to the heating sheet.

Cook until puffed and delicately crisped on the bottom, for about 8 to 10 minutes. Blend oregano and pepper into the onion. Exchange a large portion of the onion to a little bowl.

Add beans to the remaining onion and cook over medium high temperature, blending frequently, until warmed through, 2 to 3 minutes. Exchange the bean mixture to a sustenance processor, include water and vinegar and beat until a coarse glue structure is formed. Spread the bean glue over the pizza outside layer.

Top with the held onion, tomatoes, cheddar. Heat on the base rack until the covering is firm and brilliant and the cheddar is dissolved, 11 to 13 minutes. Cut and serve while hot.
