Epilogue: Two Months Later

Cash strode up to the doors of the modern glass building, eagerness for his appointment putting an extra spring into his step.

The security guard looked up as he entered, the man’s normally stern expression morphing to a warm smile. “Hello again, Cash. Headed up to Doctor Moore?”

The Omega nodded, unable to stop the triumphant smile that crossed his features. “Yes,” he said, subconsciously resting a hand on the small bump directly above the belt of his jeans.  “Three o clock, sonogram appointment.”
