It is as though spring is in the air. You can look forward with certainty to a time when your affairs will blossom. But a natural process of growth is at work. It cannot be hurried. Steps remain to be taken. Although success is inevitable, nothing will be resolved immediately. Opportunities beckon which will involve making changes. Be positive about this. Try to take an all-round view of matters, especially where relationships are involved. Consider the effect of such changes on other people. Make their well-being a priority as you decide what to do. If you hold a position of authority, however modest, you will have a good deal of influence at this time. Use it well by helping and encouraging those for whom you are responsible. Where it is appropriate to delegate, do so. The positive feedback you receive will be very good for your own self-confidence and optimism.
