Day 30
Anyway, my dear diary! I really wish I could write more about my first days as a Herobrine, but I got to do that later. Today, the unexpected happened, and we at the Agency were really busy with this case.
- “The glitch has grown to the size of an oak tree!” Carley said, handing out the reports.
- “What?! But we were there last night! It was still small, and…” Zack said.
- “You were there last night?” Carley asked.
- “Yeah, well… We just wanted to see it again, you know?” Zack said.
- “Ah, whatever. Anyway, Del from Central has issued an emergency statement. All agents in the South must hide this glitch and surround not only the glitch itself, but the whole area… Which means, we’ll have to close the entire park until we solve this problem.” Carley said.
- “But what will the mayor of Arlington say about that?” Patt said.
- “He won’t say anything… I will control his mind and make him issue an emergency statement for the city.”
- “But you can only control his mind for 10 seconds!” I said.
- “Exactly. 10 seconds is more than enough to do that. And I will do it during one of his public speeches; therefore, he won’t be able to back down from his statement, and he’ll just have to go with it.” Carley said.
- “Brilliant… So should we go there now?” Patt said.
- “Yes, please. Patt, Zack and Angie, please start building a dome over the park. Mark, as the head of security in Brelsh, please send some of your subordinates to Arlington and get in touch with the head of security of Arlington. Tell him we have an emergency, and we need to evacuate everyone in the area surrounding the park. I don’t want anyone interfering in the agent’s work. And guys, remember: no special powers.” Carley said.
- “Affirmative!” We answered.
We left the agency in our disguises and headed to Arlington. Things were getting really serious now with this glitch…
