GIVE YOURSELF A HAND MASSAGE
Try giving yourself a hand massage for some calming therapy on the go. Start by sitting comfortably and deepen your breathing. Place your left hand in your lap, palm up, then hold it with your right hand – the right thumb should be on top of your palm. Press your thumb into your palm and move it in small circular movements around the edge of your hand, spending extra time around the joints of your fingers. Take as long as you need. Repeat on the other hand when you’re ready.
To the mind that is still, the whole universe surrenders.
