ORGANISE YOURSELF

Creating order in your environment can help to create the feeling in your mind too. We all know the frustration of not being able to find that piece of correspondence or a particular piece of clothing. By bringing organisation into your home you can minimise your stress and also enjoy the soothing effect of feeling more in control. Decluttering is a good way to bring about this sense of order. Go through your desk, your kitchen drawers, your wardrobe or your garden shed and get rid of all the things you no longer use, want or need. Don’t feel you have to do the whole house all at once – even decluttering one area of a room can make you feel calmer and more organised.
